Design Thinking Workshop

A hands-on learning event designed to transform how you solve complex problems and build user-centric products.

March 8, 2025
9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Workshop Overview

Design Thinking is more than just a process; it's a mindset for innovation. In this intensive one-day workshop, you'll move beyond theory and dive straight into practice. We use the Stanford d.school framework to guide you through the phases of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test.

Whether you're developing a new product, improving a service, or solving internal organizational challenges, these methodologies will give you a repeatable framework for creative confidence.

Learning Objectives

  • Master empathy mapping to uncover deep user needs and pain points.
  • Learn rapid ideation techniques to generate hundreds of solutions quickly.
  • Build low-fidelity prototypes to test assumptions without high costs.
  • Conduct effective user testing sessions and iterate based on feedback.
  • Develop a "Bias toward Action" mindset to overcome project stagnation.
